“We did rent our new family home in Villanova with Fäm Properties. I was very happy that I found Eylul Kayahan and Abbas Awed as agents. Extremely responsive, very well knowledgeable about the community, and very, very helpful in finding the right property for us, negotiating the contract and settle us into the new home. Highly recommended!”

“We dealt with Eylul Kayahan and at other times Abbas Awada. Both are amazing and supportive. Eylul is extremely proactive and always contactable and I have dealt with agents here that are the exact opposite. This was striking it lucky to have such a good agent. Not only was she helpful for us she negotiated a great deal in a prime location at a great price. I wouldn’t use another agent now. If you need an agent contact them at FAM properties. Thank you Eylul \ ABBAs.”
