“Very disappointing experience with fäm Properties and our agent, Fadi Mohamed. Throughout this transaction, communication and follow-up were clearly not a priority. The key handover was delayed, cleaning and basic repairs were not properly arranged, and we repeatedly had to follow up and handle matters ourselves. Nothing was done, so we arranged and paid for the cleaning ourselves and contacted the owner directly for the repairs When we questioned the delays and lack of follow-up, the explanation we received was: “Rich people are busy. Don’t take it personally.” Not the kind of response you expect after paying AED 5,000 in agency commission for a professional service. To make matters worse, fäm’s Quality Assurance team later contacted us for feedback. We responded and also sent a formal email. Neither received a response. Apparently, basic communication and follow-up become much more difficult once the commission has been collected. Based on our experience, I strongly advise against using this agency.”
