Giuliana Savino

“I can't recommend Giuliana Savino and Bjordi Asllanaj enough. Giuliana, who specialises in Emaar Beachfront, helped me get my beautiful apartment in Marina Vista Tower 1, and she was just brilliant from start to finish. She was super quick to respond to my inquiry at 9pm at night and within 5 minutes I had a list of all the options that fit my situation. At 10 am the following morning I was able to view the apartment I ended up signing for. But even before I had signed anything, she went above and beyond, supporting me through a difficult situation with another agent who didn’t want to return my deposit. She kept me reassured the whole time and that made a stressful time much easier. I mostly dealt with Giuliana, but Bjordi Asllanaj was part of the process too and helped along the way, so a big thank you to both of them. They are helpful, professional and genuinely kind, and they clearly care about their clients. I highly recommend them both.”

“My overall experience was great with Fäm properties. Giuliana was excellent from start to the end. She helped with viewings, registration process and landlord communication. Even when some issues arouse as I had no knowledge of this rental market, she did her best to find a solution and her answers were prompt and professional 24/7. Highly recommend! Thank you Giuliana! 🥰”
