Ines Piazzese

“Ines Piazzese”

“Giving a huge shoutout to Ines Piazzese. As someone new to the Dubai Real Estate market, Ines was quick to respond and handled all my queries with utmost professionalism. Ines exhibited a deep knowledge of the Real Estate market, highlighting important aspects of owning/renting a property that one might overlook. She made an effort to understand my requirements, my situation and expectations from investing in Real Estate. She not only presented me with very relevant and specific solutions but added value by helping me understand the evolution of these markets in the region better. Thanks to Ines I not only had a great and fruitful experience with Fam Properties, but also became more aware of the trends in the market that would benefit me significantly. Above all, Ines has a very amicable personality, strong communication skills and an inherent talent of understanding clients and markets, and finding synergistic solutions tailored to each client, as I experienced in my case. I believe she is an invaluable asset to Fam Properties and to anyone who’s looking for a great deal in the Dubai Real Estate market!!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Ines Piazzese when she helped me find and rent my apartment, a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. But what truly impressed me was how she went above and beyond when I later needed to make changes to my lease arrangements. Ines stepped in as more than just a real estate agent. She negotiated new clauses on my behalf with confidence and a deep understanding of tenancy laws, guiding me through every step with clarity and care. She is sharp, calm under pressure, and genuinely invested in protecting her clients’ interests. I couldn’t recommend her more highly, not just as a real estate agent, but as a true advocate and expert negotiator”

“I have a great experience with Fam properties through INES PIAZZESE as she helped me out with renting my unit very smoothly. Thanks”
