  “I absolutely love the property! It is new, clean, and secure. The gym, sauna, and swimming pool are definitely some of its biggest advantages, plus the sunset from the balcony which helped me decide to rent the studio apartment. An added bonus was being assisted by Carmela Dela Cruz from the Al Furjan Branch. She is very accommodating, hands-on, and always ready to answer all my questions and attend to my requests.
