Olga Kostyleva

“Another excellent experience with fäm Properties and Olga Kostyleva. I previously worked with Olga when she successfully rented out my apartment within just a few days and at a very good price. This time, I trusted her with the sale of the same property — and once again, she delivered an outstanding result. Olga managed to find a buyer at a very good price, and the entire transaction was handled smoothly and professionally from start to finish. She was always responsive, proactive and on top of every detail, making the whole process remarkably straightforward and stress-free. Having now worked with Olga on both the rental and the sale of my property, I can confidently say that she is an exceptional real estate professional and someone I genuinely trust. I would highly recommend Olga Kostyleva and fäm Properties to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell property in Dubai. Thank you again, Olga, for another excellent result!”

Throughout the entire process she was responsive, proactive, and exceptionally professional. It’s quite rare to find someone this reliable in the property market. I would happily recommend Olga Kostyleva to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agent.”

“I just had rented an apartment with the help of OLGA. She is amazing person and extremely helpful. She went all the way to make share I move in asap and that I settle with all I need. Including setting up Ejari, DEWA, (with the help of mahir) even Internet! All of this happened within SAME DAY OF SIGNING CONTRACT. The agency is really great and Olga is the best. I really recommend it and you can find the best places also here. I found one of a kind, with best view and best price, thanks to Olga. Best service, best agency, best people.
