Samar Baaklini

“I would highly recommend Samar and Eda to anyone looking for professional, reliable and trustworthy real estate agents in Dubai. I have had the pleasure of working with both Samar and Eda on two separate deals so far, and on both occasions they have been exceptional from start to finish. They are extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable, and what really stands out is how seriously they take their clients and their commitments. Both deals were handled smoothly and efficiently, with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Whenever I had a question or needed something clarified, they were always available and quick to respond. They made what can sometimes be a stressful and complicated process feel straightforward and hassle-free. I particularly appreciate their honesty and transparency. They genuinely take the time to understand what you are looking for rather than simply trying to close a deal. They also go above and beyond to make sure everything is properly organised and that both sides are happy with the outcome. Having completed two deals with Samar and Eda, I can confidently say that I would use them again without hesitation. It is not easy to find agents who are this dedicated, professional and easy to work with. If you are looking for agents who actually care about their clients, communicate properly and deliver results, I would definitely recommend Samar and Eda. Fantastic service and two very good experiences so far. I look forward to working with them again on future deals.”

“Great experience with Samar Baaklini, she was very friendly, professional and helpful and made the rental process smooth and easy, while Mahmoud Hamzeh was extremely helpful with setting up DEWA, gas, and the chiller. Both responsive, and supportive. Highly recommended!”
