How to choose a real estate agent in Dubai

What is Super Agents?

Super Agents is a directory of Dubai property agents. Browse hundreds of agents, compare their ratings, languages and areas of expertise, and contact the one who fits you best.

How do I find the right agent for my area?

Use the Area filter, or open an area page such as Downtown Dubai or Dubai Marina, to see the agents who specialise there. Agents with the highest ratings appear first.

Can I find an agent who speaks my language?

Yes. Our agents speak more than 50 languages, including Arabic, English, Hindi, Russian, Urdu, French and Turkish. Pick a language in the search bar, and you can also filter by nationality.

Where do the ratings and reviews come from?

Ratings are the average of real client reviews, shown out of 5 next to the number of reviews. Agents without a rating yet are marked New.

How do I contact an agent?

Open an agent's profile and tap WhatsApp or Call, or use Enquire to tell us what you are looking for in four quick steps. An advisor will get back to you.

What does the Enquire form do?

It asks whether you are buying, selling or renting, the size and budget you have in mind, and how to reach you. We pass this to the agent so the first conversation is already focused on what you need.

Is it free to use Super Agents?

Yes. Browsing agents and sending an enquiry is free. Any agent commission is agreed directly with the agent when you go ahead with a deal.

Are the agents licensed?

Agents on Super Agents work with a RERA-registered brokerage. Where an agent's RERA number is available it is shown on their profile.

Do agents handle both buying and renting?

Many do. Use the Deal filter to see agents who focus on sales, rentals or both.

What do the listings and transactions on an agent's profile show?

Listings are the agent's current properties for sale and rent. Transactions show recent Dubai Land Department registered sales in the agent's areas, so you can see what properties are selling for.
